TSBA Award for Excellence in Education At a special presentation of the Greeneville City Schools' Board of Education meeting, Mr. Charles Fuller, Northeast District Director of Tennessee School Board Association, presented the TSBA Award for Excellence in Education Programming to Tusculum View Elementary School for their Tiger Pals Peer Tutoring Program.

On hand to receive the award for Tusculum View was Mrs. Pat Donaldson, supervisor of the program, and two student peer tutors, Hannah Fox and Jessica Luetjen.
