Outlook has a BCC warning built-in. However, it frequently does not work.
To receive a warning when you were potentially BCCed, follow these steps.
In Outlook, Click Categorize from the menu bar.

Select All Categories

Select New
Give the category a name and select a color that will stand out. Click OK.

Click File, then Manage Rules & Alerts

Click New Rule

Click Apply rule on messages I receive
Click Next on the next screen. You don't want to check for a condition.

You will be warned. Select Yes

Click the box next to "assign it to the category category"

In the bottom half of the box, click the underlined word "category"

Click the box next to the category you created

Click next
Click the box next to "except if my name is in the To or CC box"

Review your changes. Click Finish. You may click "Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox" if desired.

This rule will flag any message that does not have your name in the To or CC field. Be aware if you receive an email that was addressed to a group, it will still categorize it as You may have been BCCed. This rule is not perfect, but it is better than not receiving any warning.
