Sometimes OneDrive will have problems with the initial sync of a document library. You may receive an error message telling you a problem occurred.
To fix the problem, stop the service in Task Manager. You are looking for anything named Groove. Once you have killed the process, delete the folder \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache. You may then reload OneDrive. The sync should start working.
