One of the apps we have made available to you is a package tracker (this app is available in either Outlook or our web mail {OWA}). If you receive an email that looks like it contains a tracking number, you will see the package tracker app in your app bar:

Click the package tracker link.
If this is the first time you have used the app, you will have to agree to the license terms:

Click accept.
The app will look for any number that looks like a tracking number. It may find more than one. You may have to find the tracking number by trial and error. Click the number. In this example, the bottom number is the tracking number:

You will be shown the tracking information.
IMPORTANT: Remember, tracking information may not be immediately available when a package is shipped. If you received the email and tried to check the tracking information, you may be told no information is available. It probably means the tracking information has not been received by the carrier yet. Please check back later.
