|Recovering Deleted Documents

If you delete a document from your SkyDrive, you can easily recover it.
By default, documents remain in the recycle bin for 90 days. After 90 days they are IRRETRIEVABLY deleted!
To recover a deleted document:
Log into your account
Click the SkyDrive link along the top of the window:

Click the gear next to your name:

Click Site Contents in the menu that drops down:

On the screen that appears, click Recycle Bin. There should be a number next to the words:

Find the document(s) you wish to restore. Click the box the left of the document(s) (the red arrow labeled "1" in the screen shot below) and click Restore Selection near the top of the window (the blue arrow labeled "2" in the screen shot below):
The document(s) will be restored to its/their original location on your SkyDrive.
