We have decommissioned our Citrix platform. We are now using Microsoft virtualization for application delivery to our devices.

To install the necessary app on your iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod, etc.) open the app store and search for "rd client:"

Click install. Enter your iTunes credentials and select OK.

Once the application is installed, simply click the icon:

Mine is in the dock so that it is available on any screen.

Tap Add Remote Resource under Remote Resources:

Tap the URL line:

Enter and press Save:

Tap User name and enter your user as gw\username (my account would be gw\jonesl), then press Save:

Tap password - WARNING: if you enter your password here, the device will remember your password. Anyone who has your device in their hands will be able to log in as you. If you are not comfortable with this, leave password blank. You will be prompted for your password each time you open the application. If you wish to have the application save your password, enter it and press Save:

Your screen should look like this:

Press Save.

The application will communicate with the server and then show a list of all the applications to which you have access (your application list will be somewhat different than the one shown below):

You may tap any of the applications to launch them.

If you have any questions, or problems, please feel free to contact any member of the Central Office Instructional Technology Team.
