Post subject:  How to fix a blank PowerTeacher Screen

The recent upgrade to PowerSchool may have caused some of your computers to display the teacher login incorrectly (or not at all) in Internet Explorer. The problem is caused by a setting we had to make some time ago for another program you regularly use (the webpage to request time off). A recent update to that program seems to have fixed the login problems it experienced.

To fix your Internet Explorer problem:

Open Internet Explorer

Visit the teacher login page:

If the page looks like the following:

Select the gear icon in the upper right of your browser, then select Compatibility View Settings:

You will see in the list at the bottom of the window. Left-click, then press the remove button:

Press the close button. The box will disappear, the page you were on will refresh, and you will be able to login to PowerTeacher.
