The recent upgrade to PowerSchool may have caused some of your computers to display the teacher login incorrectly (or not at all) in Internet Explorer. The problem is caused by a setting we had to make some time ago for another program you regularly use (the webpage to request time off). A recent update to that program seems to have fixed the login problems it experienced.
To fix your Internet Explorer problem:
Open Internet Explorer
Visit the teacher login page: http://powerschool.gcschools.net/teachers
If the page looks like the following:

Select the gear icon in the upper right of your browser, then select Compatibility View Settings:

You will see gcschools.net in the list at the bottom of the window. Left-click gcschools.net, then press the remove button:

Press the close button. The box will disappear, the page you were on will refresh, and you will be able to login to PowerTeacher.
Don't forget to read the article on how to "install" your gradebook so that you may enjoy continued usage through future updates at: http://www.gcschools.net/tech/bb/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=380
If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact any member of the Instructional Technology team.
