Some providers: Hughes, EarthLink, and DirecPC in particular have problems with the servers they use to direct their customers to web sites. Unfortunately, our web sites are affected by their problems.
To correct the problem on your home network, follow the steps below:
These instructions presume you have a Linksys WRT54GL router which is the most common router presently in use.
Open Internet Explorer
Type the router's IP address
http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar. Do not click the preceeding link since it will open your router in THIS window. If you want to open your router AND keep this window open, RIGHT-click on the link and select "Open in new tab (or window)."

Enter the Network password. If you have never configured security for your router you may skip user name and type the password (admin is the default password) as the password, and click the OK button.
Please consult the documentation for your router and at least change the default password on your router if you have not already done so. Click here for instructions on how to change the password on your router.Scroll down until you see the Network Setup section of your router configuration:

You may need to restart your computer and router (Power both down. Wait one minute. Re-apply power to the router, wait one minute, and then turn your computer on).
