I spoke to Alan today. I told him that I am anxious to begin building some reports in new work order system. He is also anxious - but needs the other "partner" districts to help us come up with some reports we can all agree upon.
Some reports I need include:
List of equipment by school List of specific item classes by school (example: all printers at Hal Henard Elementary School) List of equpiment by item class by district (example: all HP Model X printers in the entire district) Historical work order tracking - such as 1) number of calls by technician 2) numbers of calls by school 3) average response/fix time reports.
I have many, many others I would *like* to have. . . . .but want to start with small requests to allow other districts input. Others?
