With this tool, you may reset your password and also alter how your name appears on email sent from your Greeneville City Schools account.
It is very important that you complete the setup of your account and re-visit the site periodically to make sure you know the answers to your secret questions.
The first time you access the site, you will have to setup your security questions.

You should enter your username and password.
If this is the first time you have accessed the site you will have to setup your challenge questions.

You must answer 4 of the pre-defined questions and both of the user-selectable questions. You may enter any question in the bottom part of the screen.

Once you have completed this step, and on subsequent visits to the site, you will see the main screen.

To change your password, click the Change Password link. You will see a window that asks you to enter your current password and what you want your password to be. You must enter your new password twice. You may NOT use the word "password" in your password. You may not use your last name as part of your password either.

From time to time you should examine your challenge questions to ensure you know the answer to them when the need arises. Click the Change Challenge Responses button to re-enter your answers.

By clicking the Application Access button on the left side of the screen, you will find helpful links to various Greeneville City Schools resources.

You may also change the way your name is displayed on email sent from your Greeneville City Schools account. This will NOT change your email address. To change your email address, or your login username, you will need to contact any member of the Central Office Instructional Technology Team.
If you wish to change how your name is displayed on email, click the Edit Profile link.
