Our mail server uses a Global Address List (GAL) to maintain a list of all Greeneville City Schools email accounts.
The server updates this list every day at 5:00 A.M. Your client (Outlook) will update at some point every day. This might lead to a period of up to 48 hours before and update to the GAL will show up in your Address Book. The procedure below only applies if you are using Outlook. This does not apply if you access your email through a web browser.
To manually force an update of the GAL, perform the following steps.
Select the Tools Menu:

Select Send/Receive, then Download Address Book:

Select OK from the Options screen:

You will see a box indicating the progress:

Your local copy of the GAL has now been updated.
