You may use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to change your password.

If you have used our password reset program (instructions are found here) you have received a machine generated password that may not be what you want.

You may also use OWA to change your password any time it needs to be changed.

To change your password, log into OWA with the password given you by the password application or with your present password.

Select Options from the top right of the OWA window (near Log Off)

Select Change Password from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Type your old password into the top box.

Type what you wish your password to be into the bottom two boxes. You must type exactly the same thing into both of these boxes. You may be told your password is not complex enough. If so, please type a password that is at least six characters long and contains at least one number.

Click Save.

You will be taken to a log off screen. You will be able to log back in using your new password.
