POOR DEVIL’S ALMANAC

Stay on the course.  Don’t take short cuts.

Tomorrow isn’t a promise today.

If you don’t do your work in September, you’ll be doing it in June.

Getting your license makes you popular, but it’s expensive.

If you don’t want to get scratched, don’t play with the big cats.

Be sure to find your tongue before you lose your head.

Third lunch?  Grab a Snickers.

Pressure can crush or break you.

Don’t let your mind wander.  You may never find it.

Don’t let your heart turn green.

Don’t follow the flock to the pack of wolves.

A sloth will accomplish nothing, slowly.

Too much complaining leaves no time for doing.

He who decides to smoke better have a good doctor.

Love all, for though not all are deserving, there is no way of knowing.

Put your sock on, or life will blister you.

The faster you go, the bigger the scar.

Rely on your happiness, not on others.

Without pigs, there would be no football stars.

If you’re lazy, at least fake at working.

If you’re on a curvy road, kick it sideways.

A fierce heart will burn up.  A light heart is blissful.

If you want to see the light, turn it on.

Life throws stuff at you fast. Duck.

Don’t have child until you finish being a child.

Life can be humid.  Wear hairspray

Exciting people wear red socks.

Watch all the ruts in the road.

The mouse trusted the cat, and look what happened.

Don’t tell me how to walk a straight line until you can do it backwards and forwards with your eyes closed.

Don’t get attached to things.  Nothing is permanent.
