EastView Elementary School was established in 1956 after the erection of a new building.  EastView houses kindergarten through grade five.  We have full time instructors in art, music, guidance, physical education, and a full-time counselor and speech therapist.  The school has a full time resource teacher and a full time media specialist/librarian.

EastView's mission is to provide opportunities for intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of all students as they endeavor to meet their fullest potential.  The faculty and staff of EastView School encourage and promote a positive teaching/learning environment which is conducive to the development of the total student.

EastView is proud to be a part of the Greeneville City School system.  Our school system is the first school system in the nation to be awarded the designation of Sprint Showcase.  Also, all schools in our system have achieved the School of Promise designation as part of the national America's Promise Program.
