The Business Professionals of America at the Greeneville-Greene County Center for Technology attended the BPA Regional Conference and Competition in Morristown on January 30, 2004. The sponsor of BPA is Mrs. Glennis Huffman.
Prior to attending the conference, each member prepared his/her Torch Award resume'. The Torch Award requires students to achieve 30 points in each of the following areas: Leadership; Service; Cooperation; Knowledge; Friendship; Love, Hope, Faith; and Patriotism for a total of 210 points.
The following six students earned the Torch Award at the Executive level (local) and Diplomat level (regional): Nikki Cole, Chad Riley, Leanna Metcalf, Zelly Anicic, Amanda Devoti, and Ashley Martin.
