There will be an annual $5.00 registration fee per child, and
is included in the first bill. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In future years of
attendance, the registration fee is collected in September. Abbreviated days, and
teacher conference days, when students are dismissed prior to 1:00 p.m., parents will be
charged the full day rate.
REDUCED FEES
Parents/Guardians who apply for reduced fees must complete the
application process for federal child care funding prior to receiving the reduced
fees. No one may receive reduced fees until all paperwork is complete and the
application approved. Until approval, full fees must be paid. Any change in
family status (i.e. employment, marital status, household members, etc.) must be reported
to the ESP office immediately.

2. Question: Do you pay for days
missed?
Answer:
ABSENCE AND VACATION
The Extended School Program cannot
deduct single days missed from your fee. Your fee pays for direct operations costs;
i.e., staff, snacks, crafts, and program supplies. All of these things must be
available for the number of children we have in the program. When you enroll, you
are reserving the time, space, staff, and provisions for your child whether he/she attends
or not.

do you do?

enriching, quality care for youngsters during the hours when there may be no adult
supervision in the home. Children will have the opportunity to engage in activities
which will benefit them emotionally, socially, physically, and educationally. The
program includes crafts, sports and games, art and music, computer instruction, career
awareness activities, snacks, field trips, and many other creative and cultural
activities. A special time each day will be allotted for homework and tutorial
assistance and basic skill development if it is needed. Continue...
